 中鐵山橋集團有限公司，始建于1894年，為世界500強中國中鐵的發源地，是中國中鐵戰略部署整合工業制造板塊的上市企業-中國中鐵高新工業股份有限公司（股票代碼：600528）的核心成員企業。公司跨越三個世紀，是中國建廠早、規模大、業績強的橋梁鋼結構和鐵路道岔生產制造企業，為中國交通事業的發展做出了突出貢獻。 

公司總部位于河北省秦皇島市山海關區，在山海關及江蘇如皋、廣東中山、湖北麻城、內蒙古包頭等地建有六大生產基地，總占地面積約4000畝，員工近4000人。 

中鐵山橋被譽為“中國鋼橋的搖籃，道岔的故鄉”。從制造中國第一座鋼橋——灤河大橋至今，已累計制造鋼橋3200余座。制造了聞名中外的武漢長江大橋、南京長江大橋、蘇通長江大橋、香港昂船洲大橋、重慶朝天門長江大橋、南京大勝關長江大橋、北盤江大橋和舉世矚目的超級工程——港珠澳大橋。從中國第一組普通鐵路道岔，到第一條重載鐵路道岔；從中國鐵路六次大提速，到時速350公里18號、42號、62號高速鐵路道岔均由我公司率先研制，創造了無數個中國第一和世界第一。

中鐵山橋被列為國家認定企業技術中心、中國鐵道器材研究發展基地，國家級高新技術企業，擁有鋼結構工程專業承包一級資質、鋼結構制造特級資質和建筑行業總承包二級資質，建有博士后科研工作站。公司具有完備的質量、環境、職業健康安全、能源、兩化融合等管理體系，建有通過CNAS認可和CMA認證的檢測實驗室，通過了ISO9001質量體系認證、ISO14001環境管理體系認證、GB/T28001職業健康安全管理體系認證、歐盟TSI、英國UKAS認證、美國鋼結構認證、德國DVC、美國鐵路協會AAR、AWS認證和加拿大焊接認證。

China Railway Shanhaiguan Bridge Group Co., Ltd(CRSBG) was founded in 1894, is the earliest established, biggest and most outstanding manufacturing enterprise in china in the field of bridge steel structure and railway turnout. The headquarter located in Shanhaiguan district, Qinhuangdao city, Hebei province. CRSBG has 6 manufacturing bases—CRSBG’s New Facility at Shanhaiguan, Rugao in Jiangsu province, Zhongshan in Guangdong province, Macheng in Wuhan, Hohhot in Inner Mongolia with total covering an area of 2,666,666 Square meters. The employees are nearly 5000.

CRSBG is honored as the cradle of steel bridge in China, and the hometown of railway turnout in China. Since the first steel bridge of China—The Luanhe River Bridge to now, CRSBG has fabricated steel bridge with total number of more than 3100 bridges. Many famous projects, such as Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, Sutong Yangtze River Bridge, Hong Kong Stonecutters Bridge, Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing province, Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge in Nanjing, Beipan River Bridge and the world-renowned super engineering—Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge are all made by CRSBG. From the first set of common railway turnout of China to the first heavy haul railways turnouts; from the sixth speed-raising of China Rail to 350 kilometers per hour high speed turnout No.18, 42 and 62 all leads out to developed by CRSBG. CRSBG has created countless China First and Number One in the world.

CRSBG is listed as one of the enterprise technology center recognized by the state, China Railway Equipment Research and Development Base. CRSBG also has first level qualification of steel structure professional contractor, special grade for steel structure manufacturing enterprises. Main products have acquired international certification such as TSI, AISC, DVS, AAR and so on. CRSBG has been honored as the National Science and Technology Advancement Prize, awarded National High Quality Project Gold Medal, Luban Prize and Zhan Tianyou Prize etc. successively.
